Covenant House Alaska
Deputy Director of Development
Covenant House Alaska is a non-profit social service agency providing services to homeless, runaway and at risk teens. The agency is seeking a dynamic, motivated self starter to serve as our Deputy Director of Development. The Development Department is responsible for donor management, grant procurement, marketing and community relations. The Deputy Director will work with the Director of Development as well as other staff and volunteers to meet and work to exceed annual fundraising goal of 3 million .
Minimum position requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Non Profit Administration or a related degree plus five years of experience. Excellent written and oral communications, and presentation skills required. Experience with Raiser's Edge a plus.
