 Volunteering at Covenant House Alaska
Our volunteers are an invaluable and treasured resource. Your participation
and involvement can have a tremendous impact on the youths we serve. Our
volunteers have diverse backgrounds and come from all walks of life. We
welcome interested individuals who seek a meaningful volunteer experience.
We are happy to discuss your schedule, interests, skills and talents in
order to make the match that is right for you.
The information listed below is for individuals interested in an on-going
volunteer relationship with Covenant House Alaska. If you are an individual
or group interested in a one-time volunteer service project, please contact

Working With Youth
Providing Support Services:
- Preparing Sack Lunches
- Answering Phones
- Lawn and Facility Maintenance
- Special Event Committees

- You must be 21 years of age
- In accordance with state law, you must be able to pass a state and federal
background check, which includes fingerprinting
- Ability to work well with Covenant House Alaska staff
- Availiability to establish a regular volunteer schedule
Training:
Orientation is provided upon successful completion of the application
process and interview.
