The Transitional Living Program (TLP) provides youth with a stable and safe living environment in a residential setting. The services provided are designed to help homeless youth successfully transition to independent living and self-sufficiency. The program promotes youth development, focusing on providing youth with opportunities to build leadership skills and become more involved in their communities.

TLP has two sites serving youth in Anchorage. Rights of Passage serves homeless youth, ages 18 to 20. Passage House serves parenting and pregnant young women, ages 17 to 20, and their children. Click on the links below to learn more about each program.

Volunteers and Mentors are a key element of the TLP program and the success of our youth. Mentors provide positive role models as they interact with resident youth. Get Involved [donate now] or Become a Mentor.
